About this role
Job Description The CSE (Customer Solutions Engineer) provides technical support to the sales team to develop, sell and successfully implement KONE products and service solutions that meet customers’ needs. You are responsible for taking ownership of the order handling process in terms of defining specifications, details, dimensions, CAD, and layout drawings and estimation of installation and delivery times and costs, as well as managing any customer’s technical questions and supporting the Sales and Operations teams with technical issues.
