About this role

Key Responsibilities Provide technical assurance across mechanical building services and engineering systems. Monitor contractor and supplier performance, ensuring compliance with statutory, technical and contractual requirements. Manage asset performance, reliability, lifecycle planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Review designs, specifications, maintenance strategies and technical documentation. Support NEC contract administration, including performance monitoring, change management and contractor engagement.
