Repairs Planner

We are currently recruiting for a Repairs Coordinator to join a Nottinghamshire local authority housing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating housing repairs from initial notification through to completion. You will manage incoming repair requests, arrange inspections and works, monitor progress and ensure outstanding actions are followed up within required timescales. This is a busy, process-driven role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple repairs and deadlines.
