About this role
Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (Schools) to join Nottingham City Council on an initial 6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Manage the HR Advisory service for maintained schools. Build strong relationships with Head Teachers, School Business Managers and Chairs of Governors. Provide advice and guidance on complex HR and employee relations matters, including sickness, grievance and disciplinary cases.
