COST MANAGER Location - Mansfield (Hybrid - 2 days in the office) Day rate - £348 via umbrella Initial duration - 6 months IR35: Inside Required experience: construction / NEC project delivery / cost estimation / QS and analysing tender process. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and develop initial cost estimates for construction projects, providing accurate forecasts from project inception. Analyse and evaluate tender submissions, assessing pricing structures and overall value for construction projects.
