About this role
Our client is a highly regarded and award-winning housebuilder who, with an excellent land bank and project pipeline, is looking to appoint a Site Manager to lead a Pride in the Job winning site on the Surrey/West Sussex borders. We will consider an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking for their first step into a no1 position. Key Responsibilities: Manage all site resources, including labour, plant, and materials, while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations and delivering excellent client service.
