1st Line, 2nd Line, Help Desk, Service Desk, SLA's, ITIL, Problem Solving, Incident Management, Windows, Office365, Microsoft, AD, Remote Desktop, Hardware (Desktop, Mobile and Laptop), Software, Network New role to join our client's Surrey-based Help Desk Support team. The role is permanent and predominantly office-based (Guildford area).
