About this role
A leading housing asscistion operating across Berkshre are seeking a permanent new homes Sales Executive to lead the sales function of 2 new iconic developments within the region. The New Homes Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting with reservations for direct sales to exchange of contract and legal completion within agreed timescales whilst liaising with purchasers, brokers and solicitors and other relevant staff for sale completions.
