About this role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical CAD Designer to join a busy engineering business in Preston on an initial three-month contract. You'll be designing bespoke mechanical equipment, developing concepts into detailed assemblies and manufacturing drawings for specialist machinery incorporating moving parts, mechanisms and automated systems. This position would suit a practical Mechanical Designer with strong Autodesk Fusion 360 experience who is comfortable taking designs from initial concept through to manufacture.
