Overview: The Legal Transformation & Operations Manager role is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the General Counsel to shape and deliver a practical transformation agenda that improves how legal work is received, managed, delivered and measured. You’ll accelerate the Legal function’s transformation through the practical deployment of AI and technology, particularly Harvey, Microsoft Copilot and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem, alongside smarter processes, stronger knowledge management and meaningful operational insight.
