We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Supported Living Service Manager to lead and oversee our supported living services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care tailored to individuals with diverse needs. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise care staff, and develop personalized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being. You’ll be managing a team supporting 16 people with learning and physical disabilities, and autism in a newly developed community of self-contained flats and bungalows.
