Job Description/Main Body Vivid Resourcing are currently working with one of our Town Council clients who are seeking an experienced Interim Town Clerk & Responsible Financial Officer (RFO) to provide support during a period of change and increased workload. Requirements of the Position Previous experience working as a Town Clerk, Parish Clerk, Deputy Clerk or Responsible Financial Officer within a Town, Parish or Community Council. Strong understanding of local council governance, committee administration and statutory responsibilities.
