About this role
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a leading manufacturing company based in Grays. This role offers a salary of £75,000-£85,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. As well as a competitive salary, you'll receive 25 days annual leave plus public bank holidays. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the site maintenance function, driving improvements across planning, reliability, PPM compliance and backlog management.
