About this role

We are currently recruiting for a Caretaker for Knowsley Schools. General Overview: * The role covers all aspects of general site management including, planned and reactive building maintenance, porterage, security, reception and being a key link between Equans and the school. * To present a front always facing customer service attitude to the customer. * To always ensure security of the building. * To maintain the Equans site visitor book including signing in of contractors.
