About this role
Residential Surveyor Role: We are looking for an experienced MRICS Residential Surveyor to join our growing independent practice. The role will primarily involve residential surveying and valuation work, alongside developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the business. The role will include: Undertaking RICS pre-purchase Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys. Undertaking Red Book Valuations including Capital Gains Tax, probate, Help to Buy and Shared Ownership valuations.
