About this role
An experienced Estates Performance & Compliance Manager is required to lead compliance governance, assurance and statutory compliance across an estates environment in Kent. You'll take responsibility for strengthening compliance frameworks, coordinating statutory programmes and ensuring PPM, asset data and contractor activities remain aligned with legislative and industry requirements.
