About this role
Site Manager £60,0000 + £4,200 car allowance + benefits + package Lincolnshire 360 recruitment are actively looking for X2 site managers for a housing client of ours. We are ideally looking for someone with a PLC background but would also consider someone from a SME too. You will also be responsible for but not limited to; Managing the effective compliance, control and deployment of the site whilst delivering the product on time, within budget. Management of the development to maintain in order to deliver its build programme.
