Full job description Our client are seeking an experienced Team Lead within their SIPP (Pensions) team - their aim is to maintain a high-quality administration service both in the Pension Accumulation and Decumulation phases, delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. SIPP staff must adhere to the FCA’s Consumer Duty requirements, which incorporates and is not limited to the fair treatment of customers and Conduct Risk.
