Chartered Building Surveyor

A well-established London consultancy is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Building Consultancy team. The work is genuinely varied: contract administration, dilapidations, party wall, schedules of condition, acquisition surveys and defect diagnosis across a range of commercial and industrial property. You won't be pigeonholed. The BS team benefits from a built-in pipeline of work generated by the wider practice, meaning you can focus on delivery rather than chasing instructions.
