Site Manager – Refurbishment / Fit-Out Manchester Freelance | Long-term Start: November 2026 Hours: 7am–3pm Borne Resourcing are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a long-term education refurbishment programme in Manchester. The project involves the phased refurbishment of around 60–70 classrooms across two floors , typically working on 8 classrooms at a time over 8–12 week phases before handing over and moving onto the next area. The overall programme is expected to run for around 18 months to 2 years .
