About this role
We are currently working with an established housebuilder to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career with a successful residential developer. Housebuilding experience is preferred, although our client is also open to candidates from main contractor, sub-contractor or client-side backgrounds who have strong commercial experience and a good understanding of the construction process.
