CDM Principal Designer A long-established Construction Consultancy with strong Social Housing frameworks, are seeking a CDM Principal Designer who is familiar with Social Housing clients. You will look after London projects exclusively and conduct no more then 2 site inspections a month. This role would suit an experienced CDM Principal Designer who understands the particular challenges of working within social housing, including complex stakeholder structures and differing levels of client engagement with the CDM process.
