About this role
Our client is an FCA-authorised consumer finance lender. In two years it has changed from a traditional business into a modern, tech-led one. Now it's building a fully digital, direct-to-consumer brand and taking it to market online. The Role This is a new leadership role at the heart of the technology and change function. You'll lead a team of six and turn strategy into delivery. You'll also be second in command to the Head of Change, so will be trusted and given the autonamy to make decisions you believe in.
