About this role
Overall purpose: The Learning, Talent & Management (L&TM) Lead will manage the delivery of learning, leadership and talent initiatives across the region, leading a team of learning professionals and ensuring development programmes are implemented effectively to support business and people priorities. Responsibilities/ Tasks: Business Partnering & L&TM Planning Act as the primary point of contact for L&TM activities within the region, working with business leaders to understand and support learning, leadership and talent development requirements.
