Are you an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for exceptional food, memorable service and outstanding guest experiences? We are working with one of our partners and seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the dining and events operation at their prestigious golf resort hotel and outlets approximately 10 miles from Dundee. The Role Reporting to the senior hotel leadership team, you will take ownership of all food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, clubhouse dining, banqueting and special events.
