Role: L&D Compliance Administrator Location: Kettering, Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum + Corporate Benefits Package Reporting Line: Reports directly to the L&D Regulatory Management Key Accountabilities & Day-to-Day Work Outputs: Departmental Team Scaling: Partnering closely with the Group Director to establish, test, and document our central L&D structures as the team expands.
