About this role
Role Purpose To provide day-to-day leadership and hands-on support within the Production team, helping ensure safe, efficient and consistent delivery of products to agreed quality and business requirements. The role will typically spend around 60% of its time working directly alongside the Production team, combining practical production activity with supervision and coordination. The balance of the role provides technical and manufacturing support, working closely with and taking lead from the Manufacturing Support Engineer.
