About this role
An experienced Service Manager is required to lead planned and reactive maintenance across a regional, safety-critical estate. This hybrid role combines service delivery, technical oversight, stakeholder management and small works across five counties. The Role As the Service Manager, you'll: Lead safe, compliant delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services. Coordinate supply chain partners and deploy suitably qualified, authorised operatives. Oversee safe systems of work and review risk assessments and method statements.
