About this role
Working with a high end retailer in their ecom fulfilment warehouse, we are recruiting for a Process Trainer to join the night shift team. You will train and teach staff safe operating procedures, update training materials and monitor performance to improve productivity and safety compliance. Mainly working Sunday to Thursday but flexible is always an advantage. Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance: Teach and assess Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) usage, manual handling, and general health and safety standards.
