About this role
Our client is looking for an experienced Resident Engineer to join their team in London. You will be responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient operation of building services, carrying out PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding and minor remedial works. Key Responsibilities Complete planned and reactive HVAC maintenance. Diagnose and repair equipment faults efficiently. Produce accurate quotations and maintenance reports. Maintain site logbooks and ensure all work is properly documented.
