About this role
Key Responsibilities Reactive call-outs: Attend jobs issued by our allocators, who will plan your daily schedule and route. Sign in on arrival at each site and follow any client-specific access or safety procedures. Repairs and replacement: Diagnose faults quickly and accurately, fix damaged parts, replace broken components and restore systems to a safe, working condition. Building fabric: Carry out general building fabric and groundworks repairs, such as doors, locks, fixtures and fittings, patch repairs, paving and minor external works.
