About this role
My client is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Qualified CILEX Lawyer to join their growing Private Client team in there Manchester based office. Key Responsibilities • Manage your own caseload of Private Client matters from instruction through to completion. • Advise clients on: - Wills - Lasting Powers of Attorney - Probate and Estate Administration - Court of Protection matters • Draft Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and other associated legal documents. • Prepare and submit Probate Registry applications.
