About this role
Domus Recruitment are working with a growing elderly care provider who are looking for an experienced Quality, Compliance & Governance Manager to take the lead on quality, clinical governance and regulatory compliance across their portfolio of homes. This is a senior, hands-on role with real influence across the group. You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations, Home Managers and the wider senior leadership team, providing assurance around quality and compliance whilst helping services maintain and improve standards.
