Senior Q uantity Surveyor – Residential Developer This leading residential developer has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a fixed term contract for an initial 12 month period. Your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor will be to close out legacy works on over 50 projects, taking 5 at one time and cover a variety of works to get the projects handed over to the management company and get bond fees returned by the local authority.
