Resilience Support Worker

18.75 hours per week | Home and community based Role summary one role based in Mendip/South Somerset The Resilience Support Worker provides practical, person-centred support to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, crisis, or who are at risk of financial instability. The postholder will help people access crisis payments and other immediate support where eligible, build financial resilience, and connect with longer-term solutions that improve wellbeing and independence. This is a responsive, community-based role.
