Salary: Up to £30,000 | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm | Permanent Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys Employee Relations, manager support and solving real workplace challenges? We’re looking for an HR Advisor to join an established HR team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on operational HR role where you’ll be trusted to provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers , manage your own Employee Relations caseload and ensure HR processes are handled accurately and consistently.
