Contract Manager – Hard FM / M&E Facilities Management | Hard Services | Engineering We’re looking for an experienced Contract Manager to take operational and commercial responsibility for a portfolio of Hard FM contracts. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage the delivery of mechanical, electrical and building-services maintenance, ensuring contracts perform against agreed SLAs and KPIs while maintaining strong client relationships, commercial performance and statutory compliance.
