About this role
The client: Our client is delivering a major residential development in Essex. The project is scheduled to continue through to 2028, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E professional to join the project team and play a key role in the successful delivery of the development. Due to continued project requirements, they are looking to appoint an experienced M&E Manager to oversee the mechanical and electrical elements of the works from construction through to completion.
