IT Support Engineer – 12-month contract - Cambridge My Customer is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Management . The successful candidate will be hands-on, customer-focused and confident troubleshooting complex technical issues. Skills required from the IT Support Engineer: Strong Windows 10/11 support experience. Strong Microsoft 365 experience. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM . Strong endpoint management and software deployment experience.
