About this role
About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for the contract to be extended. Based at our busy manufacturing site in Coventry, this is a hands-on, site-based HR role working closely with managers, supervisors and employees across the organisation. You will provide practical HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations, attendance, performance and supporting managers with day-to-day people matters.
