Neurodiversity & Wellbeing Practitioner

You'll be part of an innovative service driving a shift from a diagnosis-led approach to a needs-led model. Working closely with families, schools and partner organisations, you'll help ensure children and young people receive timely, holistic support based on their strengths and individual needs, while promoting inclusive practices that enable neurodivergent learners to thrive. What you'll do Provide practical support, guidance and signposting to families and professionals who have concerns about a child's potential neurodivergence.
