About this role
BDS currently have exciting opportunities for Youth Development Workers to join a well-established Housing Association in the Truro and in the St Austell area. The main focus of this role will be to work across the Truro and St Austell area supporting vulnerable service users based in a supported accommodation service for young people aged 16–25. Key Responsibilities: Develop and review support and action plans tailored to individual goals. Update and manage risk assessments and risk management plans.
