Protocol Education is looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to support post-16 students with SEND as they develop essential life skills and prepare for independence. Key Responsibilities: Support students with independent living skills. Assist with travel training and community-based learning. Encourage confidence, communication, and self-advocacy. Support employability and vocational learning activities. Promote independence both in and outside the classroom. Requirements: Experience supporting young people with SEND.
