Facilities & Contracts Manager Blackheath / Beckenham | Permanent | £45,000 | Monday-Friday (8-17) We are recruiting an experienced Facilities Contracts Manager to take ownership of a maintenance contract across two residential sites in South East London. Based primarily in Blackheath (SE3) with one day per week in Beckenham (BR3), you'll manage the day-to-day facilities operation, lead two onsite handymen and act as the key point of contact for the client.
