About this role
We are working on behalf of a leading Engineering company based on the outskirts of Colchester who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team. You will be responsible for receiving and processing order, enquires and general information in a timely and considerate manner. Key Duties: Handle customer calls, enquiries, product information and lead times. Process orders, proforma invoices and customer quotations. Update and amend orders as required. Maintain accurate customer and company documentation.
