Job Title: HR Advisor Location: Home-based with travel across Cumbria as required Contract Length: 6 months (possibility of Temp to Perm based on performance and business needs) Payrate: £17.95/hr. Core hours : 37.5-hour working week (Mon-Fri), part-time options of 3 or 4 days per week. Note: The role is mainly work from home (around 70%), with around 30% travel to schools across Cumbria. Ideally, you'll be based in Cumbria or within 15-20 minutes of the county. flexible working and choosing hours around school runs etc..
