About this role
We're recruiting for an experienced Senior Production Manager to join a busy, high-volume food manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of the performance of your shift, leading people, improving efficiency and making sure production targets are consistently achieved. What you'll be doing: Lead and manage the production team and overall shift performance. Drive productivity, efficiency, quality and safety across the shift. Analyse production data and identify areas for improvement.
