Year 5 Learning Mentor Brent Primary School Immediate Start Are you passionate about education and want to share that passion with the future generation? We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and supportive Learning Mentor to join an outstanding Brent-based Primary School from September 2026. This rewarding role focuses on supporting Year 5 pupils as they prepare for the transition into Year 6, while also working with Year 6 pupils to strengthen their academic skills, confidence and readiness for SATs.
