Team Manager - Mental Health Team - Westminster

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Community Locality Mental Health Team within Westminster City Council. Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage a Community Locality Mental Health Team delivering adult social care services. Provide professional leadership, supervision and support to Social Workers and other practitioners within the team. Ensure high-quality assessments, care planning and person-centred interventions are delivered.
