Role Overview The role will focus on arranging placements and care packages for adults within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. This includes residential and nursing placements, domiciliary care, supported living, daytime support, and complex or specialist packages, including hospital discharge placements. Key Responsibilities Lead complex and high-risk job evaluation, grading and appeal cases. Provide authoritative advice to managers, HR colleagues and senior stakeholders.
